George David (Dave) Robison
President and Chief Executive Officer
After graduating from Hinds Community College in 1969 and The University of Southern Mississippi in 1971 with a degree in accounting, Dave Robison began his career at Delta Industries. Dave’s early years with the company were spent in an inside sales position and in the late 1970’s moved to the role of Sales Professional and a short time later, Sales Manager for the Ready-Mix Concrete Division. Shortly thereafter, he transitioned into the role of Vice President. In 1995 he became President and CEO of Delta. He has served on The Board of Directors of Delta since 2007.
During his career, Dave has served as a board member and as Chairman of BIPEC, The Business and Industry Political Education Committee in Mississippi, a board member and officer for the Hinds Community College Foundation, a board member and President of the Mississippi Concrete Association and board member and Chairman of the National Ready-Mixed Concrete Association.
Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Tom Evans is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and is a Certified Concrete Technologist. He has been in the ready mix concrete business since 1980 and has a diversified background in sales and marketing, as well as concrete operations. Tom has served on the board of directors for the Mississippi Association of General Contractors, Mississippi AGC CompTrust Fund, the Mississippi Construction Education Fund, and as past president on the Mississippi Concrete Industries Association. Tom has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Delta Industries, Inc. since 1994 and currently serves on its Board of Directors.
Lance A. Bonner
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Lance currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and corporate Secretary & Treasurer, having graduated with a business degree from the University of Oklahoma and an M.B.A. from Louisiana State University. Prior to his time at Delta, Lance spent fifteen years at a large, regional law firm serving as its Chief Operating Officer, ten years as a CFO in the construction and supply industries, and several years in the banking industry. Lance currently serves as an officer and board member of the Mississippi Business Group on Health, and has previously served as a board member of the Mississippi Concrete Association, as President of the Mississippi Association of Legal Administrators, and has led other industry-related organizations.
Vice President & CIO
Paul Duff came to Delta Industries with their acquisition of Pine Belt Ready Mix in 1998 where he served as Vice President and General Manager. Paul is a graduate of Mississippi State university with degrees in Banking & Finance, Real Estate Management and General Business Administration. Paul has served two terms as president and a 20+ year board member of the Mississippi Concrete Association. Paul is responsible for all fleet and plant maintenance operations and is also the technology specialist for the company.
Les Howell, P.E.
Vice President & Chief Engineer
Regional Manager for Central Mississippi
Les received his Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State in 1991 and later earned his MBA from Mississippi College in 2003. He began his career with Entergy at Grand Gulf Nuclear Station. Les joined the Delta Industries organization as Chief Engineer in 1999 and is responsible for oversight of the company's concrete quality programs and serves as the Regional Manager for Delta’s Central Mississippi region. Les is a professional engineer in Mississippi, Arkansas, and Tennessee. He has twice served as president for the American Concrete Institute Mid-South Chapter and the Mississippi Concrete Association.
Director of Sales & Marketing
After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural / Construction technology from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1980, Charlie embarked on a career in General Construction. Over the next 22 years, Charlie rose from the ranks of estimator / project manager to Vice President of a Top 400 General Contractor, securing contractors licenses in Mississippi, Arkansas, North Carolina and Florida. In 2002 Charlie joined Delta Industries Inc. as Director of Sales and Marketing and is now responsible for all business development activities company wide. Charlie has served on the board of directors for the ABC of Mississippi, Subcontractors & Suppliers Alliance of Mississippi and the Mississippi Association of General Contractors.
