Lance A. Bonner
President and Chief Executive Officer
Lance currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer, Lance graduated with a business degree from the University of Oklahoma and an M.B.A. from Louisiana State University. Prior to his time at Delta, Lance spent fifteen years at a large, regional law firm serving as its Chief Operating Officer, ten years as a CFO in the construction and supply industries, and several years in the banking industry. Lance currently serves as an officer and board member of the Mississippi Business Group on Health, and has previously served as a board member of the Mississippi Concrete Association, as President of the Mississippi Association of Legal Administrators, and has led other industry-related organizations.

Les Howell, P.E.
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Les serves as the company’s executive vice president and chief operating officer. Les received his Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State in 1991 and earned his MBA from Mississippi College in 2003. He began his career with Entergy at Grand Gulf Nuclear Station. Les joined the Delta Industries organization as Chief Engineer in 1999 and is a professional engineer in Mississippi, Arkansas, and Tennessee. He has twice served as president for both the American Concrete Institute Mid-South Chapter and the Mississippi Concrete Association. He currently serves on the BIPEC board of directors and is serving his second term on the board of directors for the National Ready-Mixed Concrete Association.

Charlie McLemore
Director of Sales & Marketing
After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural / Construction technology from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1980, Charlie embarked on a career in General Construction. Over the next 22 years, Charlie rose from the ranks of estimator / project manager to Vice President of a Top 400 General Contractor, securing contractors licenses in Mississippi, Arkansas, North Carolina and Florida. In 2002 Charlie joined Delta Industries Inc. as Director of Sales and Marketing and is now responsible for all business development activities company wide. Charlie has served on the board of directors for the ABC of Mississippi, Subcontractors & Suppliers Alliance of Mississippi and the Mississippi Association of General Contractors.

Clinton Mayes
IT Director
Clinton serves as Director of IT, his duties include management of all aspects of Delta’s IT infrastructure, applications, and systems and their integration with Delta Industries’ business processes and plant production. Clinton received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Millsaps College in 1996 and earned his MBA from Belhaven College in 2002. Clinton has more than 20 years of experience in digital technology and security. Clinton most recently served as Systems Administrator for Vertex Aerospace, directing their information technology vision, coordinated research projects, managed software enhancements, and implemented various security and privacy measures. Clinton also held IT Director positions at MidSouthRehab, MINACT and ING Consulting Services.
