The Home Builders Association of Mississippi
The Home Builders Association of Mississippi is a trade association affiliated with the local builder associations and the National Association of Home Builders for the purpose of creating a climate conducive to the production of housing in Mississippi.Associated General Contractors of Mississippi
The AGC of Mississippi's membership is comprised of 600 + construction firms, including the State's leading general contractors. American Concrete Pavement Association
ACPA is the premier national association representing concrete pavement contractors, cement companies, equipment and material manufacturers and suppliers. They are organized to address common needs, solve common problems, and accomplish goals related to research, market development, local promotion, design, construction and best practices of portland cement concrete pavements.

American Concrete Institute
Founded in 1904, ACI is a technical and educational society dedicated to improving the design, construction, maintenance and repair of concrete structures.

The Construction Materials Research Center (CMRC) was created as part of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Mississippi State University.  It was established to support advancements in the science and art of highway construction through research and education.  These efforts are directed at improving the quality of the transportation infrastructure through research and education focused on emerging materials, modern equipment and improved design and construction methodologies which, in turn, provide for the efficient, economical, and resilient highway systems. This mission is carried out by developing new technologies to advance the highway construction industry, devising solutions to industrial problems, and evaluating possible improvements to state-of-the-art industrial practices.  Technology transfer to, and education of, students, engineers and industry professionals is also part of the mission of this center.
