We take excellent customer service seriously, and we’re investing to ensure that we can continue to improve our abilities to serve you, our customer.
Still, it’s our people that make the difference. Through our “Delta Academy,” we ensure that our employees develop the skills needed to perform their jobs in a safe, efficient and excellent manner. We also maintain a fully staffed central Quality Control Lab with satellite labs at other locations. Every day our technical service personnel perform a battery of tests on incoming raw materials, compressive strength of concrete, and a variety of other quality assurance measures, all while monitoring the batch results provided by our automated batch systems. These steps assure the customer of consistent quality on every job.
